Virtual Care Squads began as an extension of our community forum experience. We truly believe that community support is critical to managing health and wellness.We've developed a program of virtual peer support groups that meet twice a month. These groups are centered around a specific health topic and each squad lasts for 8 sessions

Curriculum developed by expert cliniciansThe curriculum is designed by a clinician with experience and expertise on the health topic. These clinicians are committed to improving the health outcomes of Black women and women of color. They combine written content, videos and activities to further your understanding of a specific health topic.
Curated peer groups that offer supportEach care squad is arranged with you in mind. We take information about your preferences and lived experience to determine the right group for you. The other participants will serve as your support system as you complete the experience together.

Guided by a trained facilitatorThe facilitator will help to guide the live discussions and interactions of the group. Every facilitator has been trained in health equity and centering the lived experiences of Black women and women of color. Using the curriculum as a guide, the facilitator will work to ensure that you achieve your stated goals and objectives.
